Mortgage Broker Job Description:
Our Licensed Mortgage Brokers have the unique ability to fund loans through any of dozens of specialized lenders. This flexibility, combined with the ability to originate mortgage loans in many states, helps ensure that you will no longer have to turn down qualified loan applicants. Experienced support staff handles most of the tasks following application, freeing up more of your time to bring in new loans. Our Loan Placement Specialists excel at finding homes for non-conforming loans; many area brokers call us for advice! Leads may be available, but our systems are better suited to Mortgage Brokers that want to earn more because they generate their own leads.
Part-Time Mortgage Broker Job Description:
This part-time position provides “networked” individuals with the ability to enjoy many of the benefits of the lending industry without the associated headaches. Previous experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is not necessary.
