Paula Hubbard has had the opportunity to excel at the many facets of the mortgage industry as a mortgage processor, closer and underwriter for the past twelve years. Her organizational and multi-tasking skills have enabled her to provide reliable, accurate, and efficient processing. Paula has earned a great reputation due to her knowledge, drive, and dedication.

As a mortgage processor, her experiences include Conforming, Non-Conforming, Subprime, FHA/VA, Construction, and Secondary Financing. Her knowledge as a mortgage closer helps her to flag any potential problems prior to closing. In addition to processing and closing mortgages, Paula has had the opportunity to underwrite loans. This experience guides her during the mortgage process and has given her the capability to access FNMA and FHLMC websites to obtain preliminary approvals.

Chad Murphy's lending experience in the Southwest Florida market spans nearly a decade. Originally selected to open a bank branch from Michigan, Chad quickly discovered the challenges and opportunities of this unique market.

In order to better serve his clients, Chad opened a Mortgage Brokerage and has since been offering a wide array of Mortgage products. When not busy in the office, Chad enjoys playing recreational hockey and tennis.

Eric Lake joined us from Raleigh, North Carolina where he graduated with a degree in Business Management. Eric worked through college as a waiter, bartender, and caterer. After mastering the hospitality industry, he moved to Estero for a career in Real Estate. Eric specializes in difficult loans, and has significant experience with credit repair.
